Here's what's happening with Riverside Youth the week of May 19th:
Sunday School (9:00-10:15am)
Weekly Sunday School is offered at 9:00am in the Youth Room.
For the rest of the Month of May, we will be going through a series called “Campfire Stories!” This week, Bruce Davis will be leading this week’s lesson titled “God Stands with Us.” This lesson focuses on when Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to bow down to King Nebuchadnezzar’s golden idol and as punishment were thrown into a fiery furnace. We will learn how trusting God means leaning on Him through trials, even when the outcome is uncertain. Breakfast will be provided!
The Current (5:30-7:30pm)
The Current meets every Sunday evening from 5:30-7:30pm in the Youth Room.
This week will be our “end of spring” event: Youth Game Night! This week will also be Bring a Friend to The Current night! This is the perfect time to invite that friend to come out to The Current! We will have a short time of worship and then transition to some building-wide games (similar to what we do during our Lock-Ins). This will also wrap up our Spring, before we transition to our Summer Schedule. Dinner will be provided!

Mt. T.O.P. Session #3 - May 30th (Mandatory Attendance for anyone going to Mt. T.O.P.)
Tool Review for anyone in the Service Project: 10:00am-11:10am
Day Camp Training for anyone doing Day Camp: 10:50am-12:00pm
- The twenty minutes of overlap (10:50-11:10) will be a joint time of training for everyone. Try to be on time!
Additional Important Mountain T.O.P. Dates:
- Mission Trip: June 13th-20th (We will leave by 10:00am on 6/13)
- Payment ($120) due by May 3rd
- Paperwork Due by May 31st - Parent Meeting after 10:30 Service on May 24th
(Notary will be present for anyone who needs paperwork notarized)

Pool Party at the Bridger’s - Saturday, June 6 - 3:30-7:00pm

NEW MEDICAL/CONSENT FORM FOR FALL 2025/SPRING 2026
*I am updating our medical/consent form for the fall. There are copies at Riverside outside the Youth Office as well as in the Youth Room or on the Youth Bulletin Board. This form will replace any previous forms from 2024. This form will need to be filled out in order to attend any Youth event off of Riverside Property and/or any overnight events.
